2014年5月13日，西班牙馬德里理工大學(xué)Antonio Sanchez Solifo教授應(yīng)受邀到管理與經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)院，做了題為《The Microeconomics of Environmental Policy》的學(xué)術(shù)報(bào)告。報(bào)告由應(yīng)用經(jīng)濟(jì)系主任趙玉煥主持，余曉泓老師、侯高嵐老師、郝宇博士及應(yīng)用經(jīng)濟(jì)系的博士生和碩士生參加了本次學(xué)術(shù)報(bào)告。Antonio Sanchez Solifo教授首先在給定微觀經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)假設(shè)的前提下，從邊際效應(yīng)的角度分析了經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)的產(chǎn)出與污染排放、治理之間的關(guān)系；其次，通過(guò)理論推導(dǎo)得出最優(yōu)產(chǎn)出及污染排放量；最后，建議從Negotiation, Regulation, Environmental taxes and Emission permits markets四個(gè)方面制定環(huán)境政策。講座結(jié)束后，與會(huì)師生們就環(huán)境政策與微觀經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)分析方法等問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了深入研討和熱烈討論。
The CV of Professor Antonio SÁNCHEZ SOLIÑO
He holds a PhD from Universidad Politecnica de Madrid, majors in Applied Economics at Universidad Politecnica de Madrid, as a Civil Engineer and an Economist. One of his lines of research is the valuation of external costs of transport. He has served several years as an analyst at the Research Department of the Bank of Spain. During the 1997-2000 periods he served as an advisor for the Under-Minister for the Budget, in Spain. He has collaborated with several multilateral institutions (World Bank, Inter-American Development Bank, European Investment Bank, European Union) as a consultant in the development of transport infrastructures, especially in Latin America and in East and Central European countries.
