2017年6月12日下午,澳門(mén)大學(xué)袁嘉副教授應(yīng)邀來(lái)訪(fǎng)并做題為" The impact of High-Speed Railway on Land market: Evidence from China " 的學(xué)術(shù)報(bào)告。中心眾多師生參加了報(bào)告會(huì)。報(bào)告會(huì)由郝宇副教授主持。
袁嘉副教授分別于北京大學(xué)(1999)、俄亥俄州立大學(xué)(2004)和明尼蘇達(dá)大學(xué)(2009)獲得經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)本科、碩士和博士學(xué)位,并于2009年開(kāi)始在澳門(mén)大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)系任教,2015年晉升副教授。目前研究方向?yàn)榄h(huán)境經(jīng)濟(jì)、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì),在國(guó)內(nèi)外主流經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)期刊發(fā)表文章二十余篇。
本次報(bào)告中,袁嘉副教授對(duì)京滬高鐵對(duì)沿線(xiàn)土地價(jià)格影響進(jìn)行了介紹。連教授首先介紹了計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)和D-in-D方法,然后通過(guò)模型和數(shù)據(jù)展示了京滬高鐵對(duì)沿線(xiàn)土地價(jià)值的顯著提升作用。整個(gè)報(bào)告的主要內(nèi)容如下:Transport infrastructure can significantly change the spatial distribution of land value. We investigate the impact of 1,318-km Beijing-Shanghai high-speed rail (BSH) in China, which reduce the land travel time from 16 to 5 hours, on the land market near HSR stations. Using a D-in-D approach with land transactions near traditional railroads as control group, we find that BSH raised land value significantly. Meanwhile, we also estimate the land value distribution around the BSH after its construction.
