June 16-18, the "2016 China University Library Development Forum " was held in Yinchuan, Ningxia Province. The meeting was organized by China Library Society University Branch, Ningxia University Library, amd China Education Equipment Procurement Network. The forum, in a theme of "Opportunities and challenges - University Library sustainable development strategy and timing", attracted nearly three hundred libraries from universities home and abroad and more than 550 representatives from related institutions. Beijing Institute of Technology Knowledge Management and Data Analysis Laboratory graduate student Zhou Jingmei and doctoral student Huang Ying co-authored " Analysis of cooperative network of institutions in the field of Library and Information Science ". The paper stood out in 260 submissions and won the best paper award.
