The first talks of the scheduled serial lecture initiated by SME aiming at instructing students to a fuller sense of their career outcome and better orientation for future endeavor were launched on May 21, with Mr. Rong Yu, HR manager of Beijing Branch of CMBC and Mr. Yang Tiancheng, senior career consultant from KSTIM Education Group the speakers.
Based on his working experiences at KPMG, one of the four accounting giants in China, Mr. Yang led student listeners through a tour of accountancy, including a guidance of how to direct one’s own interest and specialties into the profession as an qualified accountant.
Also starting from his routine duty of interviewing applicants, Mr. Rong gave advices on career orientation. Moreover, he also gave practical tips to these future interviewees, who showed deep interests and hearty thanks.
