Shukla of the Indian Institutes of Management, Dr. Bas van Ruijven of Netherlands Environmental Assessment Agency, both specialists on energy and environment issues and all guests of Mr. Wei, SME dean, honored BIT by visiting her Research Center of Energy and Environment Policies and each gave a lecture, followed by discussions among visitors and audience concerning broad issues of global warming, carbon emission, subsidy to developing countries towards carbon neutrality, model parameter setting, to name just a few.
