Nearly 80 students from Business Administration major and Information Management and Information System major visited the Beijing Hyundai automobile companyat Shunyi district.
A staff of Department of Public Relations in Hyundai introduced the company briefly, including the organization structure, employees and businesses. The students also watched the company’s demonstration video and learn the company’s culture.
In the showroom, the exhibition of six new carmodels were telling the history, as well as describing the future of Beijing Hyundai. Their style, design and performance gave the students very deep impression.
The third destination was the production workshop that was also the most important part of this tour. In the workshop, there were too many things for the students’ eyes to see: highly modern production lines, skilled workers, the logistics vehicles, the robots, etc. The whole production processes were coherent and orderly.
During the visit, the students studied seriously and put forward a variety of questions. The staff of Beijing Hyundai answered the questions warmly. All students considered this visit as a good chance to combine the theory they have learned with the practice.
