On September 16th, the Marketing Department of the School of Management and Economics of Beijing Institute of Technology and the Department of Human Resources Management jointly organized the 2018 Workshop on Business Administration Research Methods. This event invited Professor Xu Minya from Peking University to explain the application and operation of Mplus software. Mr. Xu received his Ph.D. degree in statistics from Rutgers University. He is currently working in the Department of Business Statistics and Econometrics at Guanghua School of Management. He specializes in the construction of statistical methods and the application of statistical methods in management research. The event attracted more than 100 students and young scholars from Peking University, Tsinghua University, Beijing Institute of Technology, Beijing Normal University, University of International Business and Economics, Central University of Finance and Economics, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Beijing University of Science and Technology, Beijing Information Technology University and many other institutions. Prof. Gao Ang, head of the organization and human resources management department, hosted this workshop.
